SOUTH KOREA HOSTS TOP INDIAN TRAVEL AGENTS FOR A LUXURY FAM TOUR TO
SEOUL & JEJU ISLAND
Korea
Tourism Organization (KTO) in partnership with Korean Air (KAL) organized a
luxury FAM trip for their top business partners to Seoul & Jeju Island
during 14 – 18 April 2016. The group
visited Seoul – the capital and largest city of South Korea and Jeju Island –
the world only visa free island which is ranked amongst the 7 New Natural
Wonders of the World.
The
aim of the visit was to showcase the products and offerings for luxury FIT,
family group travel and honeymoon market. Senior most representatives from Cox
& Kings, Kesari Travels, Akbar Travels, Riya Travels along with members
from Korean Air & KTO Team were part of this 4 nights & 5 days program.
To
name a few of the activities in the itinerary, the group visited the Seongsan
Sunrise Peak which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the most famous
attraction of Jeju and experienced deep sea submarine which is again unique to
only in Jeju in the whole of Asia. In Seoul the group visited the OneMount
Snowpark which offers snow sports all year round with their flagship attraction
being the dog-sledging on snow. Other experiences included changing of guard’s ceremony
at Gyeongbuk Palace, watching the
NANTA SHOW – the most famous non-verbal performance
of Korea and experiencing Royal Korean Cuisine. The group got to experience a
variety of local food, endless quantities of seafood and Indian food at both destinations.
KTO ensured the best hospitality for the participants and exclusive treatment
for the group.
Korean
Air which has direct flight connectivity from Mumbai to Seoul offered its
premium product in both the international sector and the internal Seoul-Jeju
domestic sector to ensure maximum comfort and a luxurious experience.

growth of more than 15% in the last 3 years.
